By registering for the Women Rising Summit, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Cancellations & Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. Because Women Rising is a limited-capacity, in-person experience, we are unable to offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased.

Promotional codes or discounts must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be added retroactively.

If Women Rising must be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, including public health guidelines or other force majeure events, your ticket will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event date.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee up to 14 days prior to the event.

To request a transfer, please contact us in writing at sarah@thenownyc.com with the new attendee’s name and contact information.

Non-Attendance

If you are registered and unable to attend, your ticket remains non-refundable. However, if you are experiencing illness, please contact us and we will do our best to support a ticket transfer where possible.

Event Guidelines & Safety

Women Rising is designed to be a supportive and respectful environment for every attendee. By attending, you agree to follow all event and venue guidelines provided prior to and during the event.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission to the venue.

We are committed to creating a safe and welcoming experience. At the same time, attendance at any in-person gathering involves personal responsibility and discernment. By attending, you acknowledge and assume any associated risks.

Intellectual Property

All presentations, materials, recordings, and content shared during Women Rising are the intellectual property of the event organizers and speakers.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Personal Use of Event Content

Content shared at Women Rising is intended for the personal learning and professional development of registered attendees.

You may not record, distribute, or share presentation materials without prior consent.

Use of Information

Women Rising provides educational content and shared perspectives from speakers and facilitators. Attendees are responsible for how they choose to apply this information in their own work, business, or life.

Photography & Media

Women Rising may capture photography or video during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.

By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in Women Rising marketing, communications, and future event promotion.

Communications

By registering for Women Rising, you agree to receive event-related communications, including updates, logistics, and post-event resources.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
